Terms and conditions

By visiting wepari.bet or registering an account you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the rules that apply to each betting and gaming product. The summary below covers the rules players ask about most often; the full rules on our site always take precedence.

Who may open an account

You must be at least 18 years old, or older where your local law sets a higher minimum age, and it is your responsibility to know whether our services are legal where you live. We do not accept players resident in Austria, Australia, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the USA, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar or Iran, and we reserve the right to refuse customers from other jurisdictions at our discretion.

Registering and keeping your account safe

When you register you must supply complete and current details including a mobile number, e-mail address, username and password, and you must use your legal name. We may verify the accuracy of what you provide. Keep your login details confidential: we will never ask you for your password and we are not responsible for misuse caused by you sharing it. Two-factor authentication is available as additional protection.

One account per player

You may register and use only one account, and only one account is permitted per household, IP address and device. If several people in one household want to play, tell us in advance. Duplicate accounts may be blocked or closed, their bets voided and any bonuses, returns or winnings accrued on them forfeited.

Deposits

You can deposit by card, e-wallet or bank transfer, and all available methods are listed on the Deposit page; cash and cheques are not accepted online. Payments made in a currency other than your account currency are converted at the prevailing rate, and exchange premiums are payable by you. Third-party deposits are not allowed — every payment must come from an account or card registered in your own name. As an anti-money-laundering measure, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals and verification

The first time you withdraw, we ask for KYC documents: identification, proof of address and proof of ownership of your payment method. Withdrawals are processed back to the method you deposited with, normally within two banking days, and cannot be processed while wagering requirements are outstanding. You can hold one pending withdrawal per payment method at a time. Standard limits are $11,000 per 24 hours and $55,000 per 30 days unless we agree a larger amount; wins above $55,000 may be paid in monthly instalments, and progressive jackpots are always paid in full.

Bonuses and wagering

A bonus is credited to your bonus balance and moves to your main balance once its wagering requirement is met. Standard wagering is 30x for casino bonus money and 15x for sportsbook bonus money unless a specific promotion states otherwise, and bonuses expire after 30 days by default. Game contributions vary: most slots count 100%, table games 10%, and blackjack, roulette, video poker, baccarat, casino hold’em, craps and sic bo count 5% or less. You may abandon a bonus at any time by asking support to zero your bonus balance.

Fair play and void bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, so check your selections carefully. We may void bets in cases of palpable error in odds, wording or start times, attempts to bypass payout limits through multiple or duplicate accounts, bets influenced by inside information or criminal activity, or bets accepted during a technical fault. Collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, VPN use to mask your location and betting through or on behalf of a third party may lead to account closure and forfeited balances.

Settlement and abandoned events

Markets are settled on the normal duration of an event unless the market says otherwise — football 1X2, for example, is settled after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties. If an event is delayed or abandoned, bets generally remain open for 48 hours; if it does not resume, settled markets stand and the rest are voided with stakes returned. Tennis is an exception: if a player retires, decided markets stand and the remainder are voided. Live scoreboards are provided for information only and are not a basis for settlement.

Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, email [email protected] and we will work to resolve it promptly; account queries can be sent to [email protected]. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and in case of any difference between translations the English version prevails.
