Decide your budget and your playing time before you start, and set deposit and session limits in My Account. Never chase losses, never bet with money set aside for essentials, and take a break when play stops feeling like entertainment. Winning is never guaranteed, whatever the odds.

Think about your play if you are betting longer or for more than you planned, borrowing money or selling things to keep playing, hiding your betting from people close to you, feeling anxious or irritable when you cannot play, or betting to recover what you have lost.

You can ask us to lower your deposit limits, take a cooling-off break or self-exclude for a set period at any time. Contact [email protected] and tell us what you need; if you want to close your account because of concerns about gambling addiction, say so in your message and we will apply the appropriate protections. You can also close your account yourself and withdraw your remaining balance once any open bets are settled.

Accounts may not be opened by anyone under 18, and under-18s may not use our website. If you share a device, use parental control software and never save your login details where a child could reach them.
