We accept payments in a range of currencies. Anything received in a currency other than your account currency is converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any exchange premium is payable by you. Your balance, bonuses and limits are always handled in your account currency, so choose it carefully at registration — it is normally fixed afterwards. Any USD figures shown on this site are approximate conversions for guidance.

Before your first payout we ask for identification documents, proof of address and proof that the payment method belongs to you, including card images with only the first six and last four digits visible. We may also carry out phone or face verification. All transactions are checked to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawals are returned through the method you used to deposit. Requests are normally processed within two banking days, though payment channels, extra checks and public holidays can extend this. A withdrawal cannot be processed while wagering requirements are outstanding, and you must turn over your last deposit at least once before withdrawing.

You may withdraw up to $11,000 (or the equivalent in your account currency) in any 24-hour period and up to $55,000 in any 30-day period unless we agree a higher amount. Wins above $55,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to $55,000 until the full amount is settled; progressive jackpot wins are always paid in full. The maximum daily winning amount per customer is $110,000 measured between 00:00 and 23:59 GMT.
